Quick Vegan French Toast


4 slices of bread
1/2 cup plant-based milk
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Maple syrup, for serving
Fresh berries, for garnish

In a shallow bowl, whisk together plant-based milk, flour, nutritional yeast, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, ensuring it’s coated evenly.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Cook the bread slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
Serve hot with maple syrup and fresh berries. Enjoy your quick and delicious vegan French toast!
